WOD: Metcon (Weight)


Minute 1- 3 Back Squats

Minute 2- 12/8 Cal Row

Minute 3- 6-10 Ring Pushups

Minute 4- 200m run

Minute 5- Rest
-If you feel good squatting, air on the heavier side.

-Row/Run should be FAST

-adjust ring height or elevate feet as needed to achieve desired stimulus
