Min 1: 100 Ft. D-Ball Carry

Min 2: 20 Situps OR 15 GHD

Min 3: 12 Reps Alternating Arm Z-Press

Min 4: Max Calories in :30 on machine of your choice

Min 5: Rest

Score is total number of calories
Sit on the floor with straight legs, press both arms to lock out, then one arm goes down and back up while the other one remains in lockout. Each side = 1 rep
