Work on doing good, crisp Touch-And-Go sets of 3 reps (ideally warm up to a heavier weight than you will use in the WOD)

10 Unbroken Hang Power Snatches (95/65)

25 Wall Balls (20/14)

*Every Time you break up the power snatches, you must do 15 burpees over the bar
