All Sets should be close to the same weight across. You should need 1:30-2:00 to rest between sets (target 80%ish of your 1RM)

POST: Metcon (No Measure)

Accumulate 50 V-Ups or 50 GHD Situps

and

50 banded good mornings (if sore from DL go with a light band)
