With a Partner

Buy In 400m Farmers Carry (24/16 or 50/35 with DB)

Then: 3 Rounds of

50 D-Ball Squats (100/75)

50 Alt DB Snatches (50/35)

20 Burpees

26:00 Time Cap
Split Work as needed, scale reps as needed (ex. if you can’t do sets of 10 or more on the squats or snatches, scale the reps or weight down!).

Coaches: stagger start classes by 4 or 5 minutes if we run out of objects to carry for the Farmers Carry
