– HS Walking
Choose to work on something that allows you to develop a skill. Please do all wall work against the plexiglass!

B: Metcon (Time)

For Time – With a partner:

50/35 Handstand Pushups

30 D-Ball Cleans

50 Ft. Handstand walk (or 100ft bear crawl)

30 D-Ball Cleans

50/35 HSPU

15:00 Time Cap
Options to scale HSPU:

– Pushups

– DB Strict/Push Press

– Abmat under head

– Scale Number (RX men do 50 women do 35)

Scale HSW distance if you want to work on the skill.

RX+ is 3″ Deficit HSPU and 100ft HSW
