For Time:
800m Run buy-in
Then 2 Rounds of:
20 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
30/20 Pull-ups (Guys/Gals)
40 DB Overhead Lunge (In place) (50/35) – each leg = 1
800m Run
28:00 Time Cap
-If no boxes are available, start at a different station
-Scale Pull-ups as needed
– One DB: hold it on either side but it must be overhead for the lunge to count
– Scale running down to 400m intervals if needed
