A: Power Snatch (Find heavy 3 rep TNG Power Snatch)

Focus on driving UP with the legs! Coach will set a clock for 12:00. During this time you will work up in weight to find a relatively heavy set of 3 TNG reps. You can also choose to do a 12 EMOM of 3 reps at a weight that allows you to focus on understanding the movement

B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP 12

20 Power Snatches (75/55)

15 Box Jumps

10 Pushups (or Ring Dips)

Can start on Any Station. Score is Rounds + Reps.

Snatch weight should be light!
