Walking Lunge

Accumulate 300ft. (down and back three times) lunging holding dumbbells by your side. Keep your chest tall and pick a weight that will challenge you. You SHOULD be stopping and starting a number of times. Think of this like a farmer’s carry but instead of walking you are lunging
