"Brand New To CrossFit"
Six weeks ago I was brand new to CrossFit. Nick and the other coaches have helped me learn so many movements I had never done before. They will correct you until you are doing it properly or safely, or come up with a modification. 20 workouts in and they have all been intense regardless of my skill level with some of the exercises. There is a great vibe at Southpaw, it starts with the coaches and is enhanced by the big bright gym, and encouragement from fellow athletes.
