WOD: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Core Blaster


Min 1: 20 Tire Hits

Min 2: 10 Burpee Box Jumps (go as high as you are comfortable with)

Min 3: Max Number of TTB/TTRings/Toes To Eye Level (indicate in comment) in :45*

Min 4: Recovery Ski for :30-:40 sec

*This does NOT need to be unbroken, just keep a running tally of the number

POST: Metcon (No Measure)

5:00 – Active recovery ski/bike/run/row

5:00 – Coach led stretching

5:00 – Active recovery run/machine
