– 10 Partner/Solo Tire Flips
– 20 Tire In’n’outs (each)
– 30 Sledgehammer Hits (each)
Depending on how many people show up we may tweak this.
Personally, I have done a workout similar to this a few times. It is a great way to appreciate the elementary nature of physcial activity. We aren’t concerned about weight, or any particular metric, we are focusing on moving our body and an external object through space and under fatigue.
Simple and Gritty.
