PRE: Metcon (Weight)
– 1 Power Clean + 3 Push Jerks
Start at moderate weight and build if you feel alright doing so
Focus is on the Push Jerk. Keep a vertical torso in the “dip” position and have your weight in your heels. Drive and redip from there!
WOD: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
With a Partner:
15 minute AMRAP
20 Shoulder do Overhead (95/65)
One person runs 200m, one person rows 200m. You cannot start the next round until both people are done.
20 S20 (115, 85)
Alternate who runs and who rows 200m.
etc. adding 20# to the barbell every round.
Score is total number of rounds + reps. Weight is taken from the ground.
