Pushups (knees or toes) to Down Dog
Toy Soldier Kicks

Work up to heavy (but sub maximal) set of 3 for a total of 3 sets.

WOD: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
AMRAP x 12 MINUTES
10 Bench Press (135/95)
30 Russian KB Swing (53/35)|(35/26)
Bench should be moderate-light. If you get stuck taking too much rest on the bench or more than three quick sets, you went too heavy!
