Experienced Athletes:

Dumbbell Bench Press

3×10-12 reps (find a moderate/heavy weight and do as many reps as you can)

Focus on keeping shoulder blades pulled back and down!

WOD: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

AMRAP 14 With a Partner:

*One partner runs 200m while other partner works

60 Tire Hits (sledgehammer)

60 Wall Balls

60 Situps

30 Burpees to plate
