Min 1: 6 Dumbbell Z-Press (one in each hand)

Min 2: 8-10 ring rows
Make the Ring Rows as challenging as possible while maintaining a tight core and getting full extension – use a box for your feet if needed

WOD: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP 12 with a partner:

200m Farmers Carry

50 Wall Balls

50 WB Situps (throw back and forth, each toss = 1 rep)

50 KB Swings
