Minute 2: 8-12 Ring Rows

WOD: Metcon (Time)

AMRAP 12:00 With a Partner – Alternate as Needed:

60 DB Snatches (each arm = 1)

60 Wall Balls

60 Tire Slams (because they are awesome)
Start on any station. Choose a DB and WB weight that challenges you unless you are still working on mechanics!
