KB Swings

Box Jumps

You will do 3 minutes of work, changing movements every minute.

Experienced Athletes: this is a good workout to get out of your comfort zone on: try the heavier KB (even though you will get less reps). Do 30/24 for the Box Jumps if you can confidently make the jump. Try something you haven’t done before!
