Open Gym is just that… a chance for you to come in and use the gym and equipment at your leisure to work on something specific. Do you want to hop on a rower for half an hour? Go ahead! Are you starting a squat program? Come on in!
Any membership or drop-in can use the gym for open gym any time that the gym is open. Our classes will take priority (in the event we need the same equipment/space) but our coaches do their best to accommodate anyone and this is rarely a problem!
