This is a chance for people who have never done CrossFit to try out the fun, energetic, and welcoming environment we have at CrossFit Southpaw. All of our members get started here so, even though it might feel intimidating, come in and let us show you how easy it can be!

There is no cost and no commitment to come to this class! It’s a chance for you to try CrossFit and get to know our community and coaches. The workout can be modified to make it as challenging or as beginner friendly as it needs to be (don’t worry – most people will be modifying the workout in some way). Our coaches are experienced working with athletes who are new to CrossFit and would love to talk to you more about your goals!
