CrossFit, while it may seem overwhelming from the outside, can be understood in one sentence: constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity. What does this mean? It means that we are going to utilize training methods that mimic how we move in real life. By doing this, and by changing the nature of our workout every day, our bodies must adapt to be as well rounded and efficient as possible. Repeating the same workout over and over is not only boring, but it leads to stagnation of our physical capacity. Our classes are practical, fun, and incredibly effective.

Good CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in their fields, care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. CrossFit is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. But, fair warning, once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!

This sounds cool – but what do we really want? We want to look and feel good. To trim down, get stronger, tone up, display confidence, feel happiness, the list could go on. We want our significant others to be more attracted to us, we want to fit into our favorite pair of jeans again, we want our confidence to command attention in the board room, we want to enjoy our lives.
