We are pleased to bring you both an Olympic Lifting Class and a Power Hour Class taught by one of the most experienced and respected coaches in Minnesota: Coach Keng. These classes will put an emphasis on understanding the movement mechanics of the barbell lifts and how to use these movements to increase your strength and power. These classes are included in your membership!

Olympic Lifting (Sundays at 10am)

Power Hour (Tuesdays at 5:30pm)

Squat, Deadlift, Pressing Variations + Accessory Movements
