WOD: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)


1) 5 Tempo Stiff Leg Deadlifts (2 second decent)

2) 50 Double Unders (or find a number you can hit consistently in :40)

3) 12 Cross Body Single Leg TTB

4) :40 row/ski (or :20 bike) for max calories

5) Rest

Score is total number of calories on the row
The Stiff Leg DL will target your hamstrings more specifically than a traditional. IF you struggle to keep a good spine position, or feel your lower back, revery to traditional DL and/or drop the weight on the bar

If you don’t have DU’s, practice them for that minute!
