WOD: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20-Minute AMRAP Chipper:

30 Cals (Row/Bike/Ski)

30 Toes to Bar (or Toes to Ring)

30 Burpees

30 Power Cleans (135/95)

10 Wall Walks

*RX+ is (165/125) and 100ft HS Walk
For the Handstand Walk: you must get at least 5 “steps” (on your hands) to count the distance. Hands start where you ended (don’t end somewhere and then walk your feet up to that point and kick up 4 feet in front of it)
