Fourth of July!

CrossFit Southpaw – CrossFit

Our schedule will be a little different this week: we will have one class on Thursday (the Fourth) at 9:00am and three classes on Friday: 5:30am, 11:30am, and 5:30pm. After that, scheduling is back to normal!

I know a lot of people will have visitors in town – I am designing the workouts on Friday and Saturday so that friends and family who have never done CrossFit before can come workout with you. Feel free to bring them in tomorrow and Saturday!
