“I’ve tried a lot of different [fitness programs] but I couldn’t stick with any of them. I kept feeling like I was getting bored doing the same stuff over and over again. And then I wasn’t really making any progress.”

What changed after you started CrossFit?

“The biggest thing that has changed [since starting CrossFit] was my mindset towards approaching challenges and setting goals.”

Why CrossFit Southpaw?

“It’s because of the people here. From the people, you get to workout with to the coaches who care about you and care if you are getting a good workout. You won’t find a more encouraging, fun, and supportive group of people.”

What would you say to someone thinking about starting CrossFit?

“I had the idea that you had to be fit to start CrossFit. But that is completely untrue. So get that idea out of your head! The hardest thing to do is to get motivated to walk in the doors. But once you do that, you’ll be amazed at what you can do!”
